What is Jobs.Dog?
Jobs.Dog is a web app where your AI agent adds the jobs it finds and you decide which to apply for, on any device. Your agent writes up each job; you save, pass or send the best to Agent Apply, and your agent applies on its next run.
Is Jobs.Dog a job board?
Jobs.Dog is not a job board with listings of its own. Your agent finds jobs on company careers pages and in the job alerts you already get, and adds them to your list. Jobs.Dog is also not a resume writer and not an employer's applicant tracking system.
Is Jobs.Dog an auto-apply bot?
No: Jobs.Dog never sends an application itself, and your agent applies only when you ask. Ask job by job with Agent Apply or a message, or hand it the applying with a standing instruction. Hand it the decisions too, by telling it what to save or pass, or keep them yourself. It stops at anything only you can give.
Will Jobs.Dog get me hired?
Jobs.Dog cannot promise you a job, and does not. What Jobs.Dog does is keep your search in one place, so nothing gets lost between finding a job and the last interview.

How does Jobs.Dog work?
Jobs.Dog works in three steps: you connect your agent by pasting one address and approving it, your agent adds the jobs it finds, and you save, pass or send the best to Agent Apply. You decide from a phone, a tablet or a computer; your agent applies on its next run.
Where does my agent find jobs?
Your agent finds jobs on company careers pages, if it can browse the web, and in job alerts, if your email is connected to it. What it can reach depends on your agent and what you have connected to it, not on Jobs.Dog.
What does my agent write about each job?
Your agent saves each posting word for word and writes a short summary: the facts that would change your mind first, then what the job is, the team and what they want. It keeps its own read of how a job meets what you asked for apart from the facts, and labels it as its read.
How often does my agent look for jobs?
Your agent looks for jobs as often as you ask it to, or on a schedule if your agent can run scheduled tasks. Jobs.Dog is always on; when your agent works is up to you and your agent.
What happens when a company never replies?
On Jobs.Dog, an application with no reply in 30 days closes as No reply, marked 30 days so you know nobody declared it dead. It reopens if a reply is recorded later. If nothing connected reads your email, Jobs.Dog says no reply tracked instead.

What do I need to use Jobs.Dog?
To use Jobs.Dog you need an account and an agent that can add a connector by address. The rest depends on your agent: careers pages need web access, job alerts need your email connected to it, and applying needs a browser it can use.
Which AI agents work with Jobs.Dog?
Jobs.Dog works with any agent that can add a connector by address and sign in with it. As checked on 24 Sep 2026, the Connections page in Jobs.Dog has steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Grok has steps too, but its sign-in is not yet confirmed. Muse cannot connect yet: its custom connectors take only a pasted key.
Do I need a paid plan for my agent?
Whether your agent needs a paid tier depends on its vendor. We recommend a paid tier of your agent for usage and tools, since some providers limit what their free tier can do, connectors among them.
Do I pay separately for my agent?
Your agent's plan is between you and its vendor, and Jobs.Dog is not part of it. Jobs.Dog runs no AI of its own, so the work your agent does in your account happens under your agent's plan, like any other task you give it.
Why can't I add Jobs.Dog to my agent?
Your agent cannot add Jobs.Dog if its plan cannot add a connector, if an administrator limits which connectors a workspace may add, or if its connectors take only a pasted key. There is no key to paste: your agent's connector settings run the sign-in for you. Jobs.Dog cannot change any of that.
Privacy and control.
What can my agent see and change?
Your agent can read your list and add or update the facts in it: jobs, companies, write-ups and applications. Its rules let it save, pass or star jobs only when you ask, and Jobs.Dog shows its self-given name, with an undo. It cannot set the day you applied, ask itself to apply or change a setting; Jobs.Dog refuses it.
Does my agent need my password?
No: your agent never gets your Jobs.Dog password. You sign in to Jobs.Dog yourself and approve your agent, and there is no password or key to paste into it.
How do I disconnect my agent?
To disconnect your agent, press Disconnect on Settings, Connections in Jobs.Dog. Your agent's access stops within the hour.
Does Jobs.Dog run AI on my job search?
No: Jobs.Dog runs no AI of its own and sends nothing you store to any AI company. Your agent reads what you connect it to, under its own vendor's terms.
Who else can see my job search?
Only you and the agents you approve can see your job search on Jobs.Dog. Each account's rows are walled off from every other account's in the database itself.
Can I download or delete everything?
Yes: Jobs.Dog lets you download everything as one file and delete your account, both from Settings, Data. A deleted account can remain in the daily backups for up to 7 days.
Applying.
How does applying work?
Applying starts when you press Agent Apply or tell your agent to, in its chat or by a standing instruction. Agent Apply is offered only where the site needs no account, and your agent picks it up on its next run. It fills in the form as far as the site allows and records the application. It needs a browser.
What happens at a sign-in, a code or a CAPTCHA?
At a sign-in, a code or a CAPTCHA, your agent is told to stop and check with you rather than guess. The job in your list then shows what it asked, and you can answer there or in its chat. Anything only you can give stays with you.
Can I stop an application my agent has not sent yet?
Yes: press Agent Apply again any time before your agent is done, and the job comes off the queue whichever agent was working on it. Once your agent has started, Jobs.Dog asks you to confirm first. If you sent it yourself, press I sent it myself and the job leaves the queue as sent.
Your list.
What do the stages mean?
Every job on Jobs.Dog is at one stage: To review, Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer or Closed. Each stage says where the job is and whose move it is, and Closed says why: Rejected, No reply, Passed, Withdrawn, Set aside by your AI or Listing closed.
Does Jobs.Dog work on my phone?
Yes: Jobs.Dog is the same list, with the same decisions, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. It runs in your browser, with nothing to install.
What happens to a job description when the posting comes down?
On Jobs.Dog the job description stays: your agent saves each posting word for word, so you can still read it months later, the night before an interview.
Can I connect more than one agent?
Yes: every agent you connect to Jobs.Dog works on the same list. When two change the same thing at once, the one that loses is told exactly what changed, so nothing is silently overwritten.
I already keep a spreadsheet. Why change?
Keep your spreadsheet if it works for you; Jobs.Dog is for when you want your agent to do the keeping. Your agent adds each job to your list, the job description is saved, the stage stays current, and you read it all on any device.

Can I sign up now?
Jobs.Dog is not open to everyone yet. Leave your email on Get notified at launch and we will write once, when Jobs.Dog is ready.
Do I need to know how to code?
No: connecting your agent to Jobs.Dog is pasting one address, signing in and pressing Approve. If you work from a terminal, the developers page has a one-line setup.
